Thanks to everyone that has supported this fundraiser for
the Terriers in past seasons. If your name does not appear
on the 1st page please click on view all teams then you must
follow the instructions to view your team. Thanks for your
continued support. Portage Terriers 2010/2011 Hockey Pool
Fundraiser: The contest is open to residents of Canada and
the USA only. Residents may enter contest as much as
desired. By entering, contestants agree to abide by contest
rules and decisions of the independent judging organization,
which shall be final. One point awarded for every goal and
assist. Team must consist of only 1 player from each box,
maximum 20 players. You will be notified as to where to find
the standings once entry has been accepted. Entry is $20.00
per team entered. Please make cheques payable to Portage
Terriers Jr. A Hockey Club. Portage Jr. A Terriers are not
responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of
any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed,
incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions, or any other situation that may limit a
registered player's ability to compete in the Portage
Terriers Hockey Pool. Grand Prize winners will be notified
by e-mail or telephone within eight to ten days of
completion of the contest. Moreover, Portage Terriers Jr. A
Hockey Club reserves the right to cancel the game at any
time. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use
of their name, city of residence, video image and/or
photograph in any related publicity or internet posting
carried out by Portage Terriers Jr. A Hockey Club, without
compensation. By entering the contest, each entrant accepts
these contest rules and regulations, which are subject to
change without notice. Changes shall be posted only at
portageterriers.com. In any dispute, Portage Terriers Jr. A
Hockey Club will decide the issue in a manner which, in its
sole opinion, is the fairest to all parties concerned. All
decisions by the Portage Terriers Jr. A Hockey Club will be
final and binding on all parties. By entering the contest,
players agree to abide by these rules. Any violation of the
rules is cause for voiding a player's entry. Contestants
agree to hold the Portage Terriers Jr. A Hockey Club,
harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims
and actions of any kind in connection with this game. The
odds of winning will depend upon the number of entrants, the
timing of entries and the prognostication skills of the
entrants. In any event of a tie the prize will be divided
evenly among those tied for that position. In the event of a
two way tie for 1st place each person tied for 1st would
receive 1st place and 2nd place divide evenly (i.e. 1st $500
and 2nd $300, split each receives $400). The Portage
Terriers Jr. A Hockey Clubs decision is final. Deadline for
entries is midnight, Saturday October 16, 2010. Good luck to
