The Terriers had a strong week on the ice, beating Waywayseecappo 4-2 on Thursday and then the Winnipeg Monarchs 4-0 on Saturday. Goaltender Ryan Velan grabbed his third shutout of the season in the game on Saturday.

Forward Trevor Hill has been named the MJHL rookie of the month. He had an impressive eight goals and four assists in 11 games.
Terrier forward Drayden Uhrina and defenceman Wyatt Dreger have been selected for Team MJHL 19U for the Western All-Star Showcase in Martensville, SK. This gives them an opportunity to play before scouts to try and earn a spot at the World Junior A Challenge. FULL DETAILS HERE
On Saturday night Rhett Platt was named the Fehr Auto & Ag Terrier of the month. He had 13 points in 11 games and currently leads the team in scoring.
UPCOMING
The Terriers have a quiet week coming up with a home and home series with the Dauphin Kings on the weekend. The Dogs host Dauphin Friday night at 7:30pm. It is Military Appreciation night and all active military personnel and veterans get into the game for free! The Terriers are then on the road Sunday in Dauphin. It’s an afternoon game starting at 4pm. The game will be broadcast on CFRY 920AM and portageonline.com.
The Terriers will be serving at Mr. Mikes on Saturday night for Tip a Terrier night! It will be a fun fundraiser for the team!
