The MJHL trade deadline is on Friday Jan. 10 and the Portage Terriers are starting to make some moves.
The Portage Terriers have traded F Rhett Perrin (06) to the Waywayseecappo Wolverines for D Jonah Marshall (06).
Perrin was brought to Portage from the Dauphin Kings before the trade deadline last season. In 45 games as a Terrier he had 12 points and 62 penalty minutes.
Marshall (5’10”, 170, L) broke into the MJHL this season with the Wolverines and has eight points through 26 games. The Saskatoon, SK, product is an offensive defenceman who has been electric with the Wolverines.
