It was a great start for the Terriers and returning player Turner Santin as he opened the scoring at 4:50 of the first for the early lead on a pass from Ryan Hendrix. Dexter Kuczek answered for Winnipeg on the powerplay to tie the game at one at 10:33.

Calvin Bliid scored short handed to give the Terriers back the lead at 1:41 of the second unassisted.

Toder and Hendrix added markers in the third for a 4-1 Terrier final. Chapman picked up the win making 24 saves in the effort.

The Terriers are back at it Sunday playing host to Neepawa, game time 6:30pm.
