Terrier Offence Shines

Portage scored early in the first to set the tone for the next 60 minutes.

Brakel finished off a Murray rebound for his 3rd of the season and the lone goal of the first despite 3 powerplay opportunities.

Portage went on a tear in the middle frame, Billaney scoring 2 in his first game back from injury and Brakel picking up his second of the game on a Mighty Ducks Knuckle Puck on the powerplay.

Portage took a 5-0 lead in the third with Howard scoring his 19th of the season with the man advantage. Miller was the only King to find the back of the net beating Peterson on the 2 on 1.

Peterson made key saves to pick up his 14th win turning aside 23 shots. Each team with 7 powerplays, Portage capitalizing on 2.
