Terriers Acquire Barnstable in Sanheim trade

The Portage Terriers have traded the CJHL playing rights of Taylor Sanheim F 96 to the Penticton Vees in exchange for Ty Barnstable F 98 and future considerations.

The 5’9 161 pound winger played 43 regular season games with the Regina Pat Canadians scoring 22 goals and earning 31 assists. He also earned 4 goals in 6 playoff games.

Sanheim played 36 games for the Terriers in the 2013/14 season. He has played his last 2 seasons in the WHL with the Calgary Hitmen.
