Terriers Acquire Defenceman from the Kings

The Terriers make their first trade of the off season and acquire 6’2, 200 pound Thomas Lenchyshyn from the the Dauphin Kings for futures.

Lenchyshyn split his 2014/15 season between the Selkirk Steelers and the Steinbach Pistons while playing last season with the Dauphin Kings. In 51 games with the Kings, Thomas earned 10 points. ( 5G 5A )

Coach and GM Blake Spiller describes the 19 year old defenceman as big and physical. He’ll be a welcome addition to the Terriers’ blue line.
