Terriers Spend the Day with Junior Golfers

It was a chilly end to September and the Terriers just got back from a 2 game stint in OCN, but Sunday was for golf.

Yesterday was the Junior wind up at the Portage Golf Club and the Terriers were invited to take part in a 9 hole scramble.

“I think it’s important for us to take part in community events. Especially for me growing up in Portage watching the Terriers, to now be able to play for the team and spend some time with the kids that are watching us is great.” -Lane Taylor

12 year old golfer Tristan Chandler was excited to be paired up with Captain Ty Barnstable. “I’m really excited to golf with the Terriers today because I love to watch their games. They’re really good people and I’m having a lot of fun.”
