Terriers Trade Moffatt

The Portage Terriers have traded forward Joey Moffatt (01) to the Estevan Bruins (SJHL) for Future Considerations.

A Portage product, Moffatt started with the Terriers as a 16-year-old in 2017. He put up 18 goals and 33 points in 49 games. He followed that up with two straight 26 goal seasons and lead the Terriers in scoring both years. He was a part of the Turnbull and ANAVET Cup winning squad in 2019. Following the abbreviated 2020 playoffs, the Terriers loaned Moffatt to the Cowichan Valley Capitals (BCHL) during the 2020-21 season where he put up 9 points in 20 games.
