Adam Calder Loses Battle to Cancer 1976-2018

Our Portage Terriers’ family was saddened to hear of the passing of Portage local Adam Calder after a lengthy battle with Cancer.

Calder suited up as a Terrier for 3 seasons before playing for UND where he was named Captain in his final season. Calder then went on to enjoy a 14 year professional hockey career.

Adam’s parents are Bill and Rhonda Calder.  His grandmother Augusta ran the Terriers’ canteen for many years in the Centennial Arena. While father Bill played on the Centennial Cup Terrier team.

The Calder family have always been huge supporters of the Terriers and we send them our condolences at this sad time.
