Suite Rentals

The Portage Toyota & RV suites offer a premier hockey viewing atmosphere perfect for corporate events or family celebrations. They are available for all Terrier home games in the regular season and playoffs. To rent a suite, please contact marketing director Cody Buhler.

Large Suite: $500 (Includes 25 tickets)
Small Suite: $300 (Includes 15 tickets)

To take your game day experience to the next level, consider taking advantage of the different food and beverage options that are available.

Option 1: Open Menu with Tab – prior to the game, contact canteen manager William Utech and set up a tab. Your members are then able to add any regular menu item to the tab when they go to the canteen during the game.

Option 2: Meal Vouchers – 25+ meal voucher coupons are given to the renter of the suite and then used throughout the game at the canteen by the guests. The renter will be billed at the end of the night based on how many are used.
*Voucher Option 1 – Burger, Hotdog, or Smokie with Fries and a Drink – $10
*Voucher Option 2 – Small Slushie and Small Popcorn – $5

Option 3: Catered food – food is pre ordered from canteen manager William Utech and delivered directly to the suite. Options are quite flexible and can include veggie trays, appetizers, pizza, and more.

 

Bar Services

Option 1: Drink Tokens – 25+ drink tokens are given to the renter of the suite and used throughout the night at the bar by the guests. The renter will be billed at the end of the night based on how many are used.

Option 2: Direct Service – A server is provided for the night for an additional $40 charge. Orders will be taken and drinks served directly in the suite. The tab will be settled at the end of the night or by invoice.
