The Terriers have acquired the CJHL playing rights of 99 G from the Swan Valley Stampeders for future considerations.
Petersen a Park River, ND native split last season between Wayway and Swan Valley. In 20 games with the Stampeders, the 19 year old had a goals against average of 2.52 and a save percentage of .925.
Suiting up this season with the Corpus Christi IceRays of the NAHL for 2 games, Petersen will be joining the Terriers this week.
