The Portage Terriers look forward to returning to the ice this week following the scheduled Christmas break. Due to the current Manitoba Public Health Orders there are changes to who can attend a Terrier game.
The current provincial health orders limit all indoor ticketed sporting events to 50% of the usual capacity or 250 spectators, whichever is lesser. This means that going forward the Terriers will only be able to have 250 fans at Stride Place.
The Terrier canteen will remain open, but the bar will be closed. All other games and activities including the Portage Toyota Chuck a Puck, Homestead Coop Chase the Ace, Panko’s Food Centre Meat Draw, and Jonair T-Shirt Cannon will continue like normal.
Season Tickets: All season ticket holders will be allowed to attend Terrier games like they were before. They will need to continue to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
Flex Tickets: There will be a very limited amount of space available for flex ticket holders. Flex ticket holders will need to contact the Terrier office before noon on the day of a home game to claim a ticket for that game. Please contact the Terrier office ASAP to confirm a ticket. (204) 871-1162 or portageterriers@outlook.com
Kids Club: Kids Club passes are currently suspended.
Walk up/Online tickets: There will be no walk up or online tickets available at Terrier games until the restrictions change.
Game Sponsor and Suite Rental: They will be contacted directly by the Terriers.
*The Terriers strive to create a safe and enjoyable family experience for everyone. We will adhere to all MB Public Health Orders and hope to have everyone back at Stride Place as soon as possible. Rules subject to change.
