Stevenson Joins the Cobbers Committing to Concordia College

Veteran Terriers ‘ defenceman Kain Stevenson has found a new home for next season as the graduating defenceman has committed to Concordia College – Moorhead Div III for the upcoming season.

“I loved my time in Portage as a Terrier and the experience of winning two championships is something I’ll always remember. I’m excited to be heading to Concordia for this next chapter in my hockey career. ”  -said Stevenson

Stevenson spent 3 seasons with Portage playing in 151 regular season games and recorded 35 points.

Coach and GM Blake Spiller describes Stevenson as a solid character player who was an important piece of our team in the years he was here.

Kain will join former Terrier teammate Keaton Leininger for the upcoming Cobber season.

The Terriers would like to congratulate Kain on continuing his education and hockey career.
