Terriers Acquire Nighthawk

The Portage Terriers have acquired F Mighton Johnson (04) from the Niverville Nighthawks for a Player Development Fee.

Johnson (6’0, 200lbs, F, 2004) hails from Naperville, IL, but was originally born in Arizona. The dual citizen split last season with the Renfrew Wolves (CCHL) and the Estevan Bruins (SJHL). He started this season with Niverville and has a pair of goals in 14 games with the Nighthawks.

“Mighton skates well, brings a solid work ethic and a physical presence,” says Terrier head coach and GM Blake Spiller.

Welcome to the team Mighton!
