The Terriers had the day off today in the WCC schedule and made a trip out to Hillcrest Public School. Each team taking part this week was adopted by a local elementary.
The boys introduced themselves and talked about their hockey journey until now and took part in question and answer periods. Hillcrest is a K-8 school and the kids challenged the Terriers to Basketball, Kickball and Badminton once they got to know each other.
The students will attend tomorrow afternoon’s game vs The West Kelowna Warriors complete with signs and banners to cheer on the Terriers!
