Bowles recognized by the CJHL with nomination

Team Captain Brad Bowles caps off a strong year with a CJHL nomination for Top Forward as well as MVP of the year.

The strong veteran leader played in all 60 games for the Terriers this year and tallied an impressive 102 points averaging 1.7 points per game. Bowles won the Steve Hawrysh Memorial Trophy for MVP of the MJHL as well as Top Scorer and MVP of the playoffs with 7 goals and 17 assists in 13 games.

Bowles, a guy of few words comments on the recognition. “It’s a huge honour to be nominated for an award like that. I really wasn’t expecting this. I’ve been lucky enough to play with a great group of guys this year and they have been a big part of my success.”

 The recipient of the 2015 CJHL Top Forward of the Year and all CJHL League Awards will be announced during the week of May 9th-13th.
